Bracelets are finally coming back into my studio! I will be listing this beauty in my Artfire studio tomorrow. I have a total of six cleaned, photographed and ready to list. So I have pretties to blog about for the week!
This dichroic fused glass bracelet is made of five glass links. Each link takes three pieces of glass and two jump rings all carefully tack glued and stacked together. After the links have been fused I have to clean the firescale off the exposed metal of the jump rings before I can connect the links together. Then I add a toggle clasp. I am willing to change the clasp if one prefers a different style. Me-I'm hooked on toggles for bracelets. In my opinion they are the easiest to do and undo!

Here's another pair from my hoard, Jade Green Triangle Earrings! I just listed these. Jade green baroque glass over silver dichroic. I've wrapped them in 14k gold filled wire to make the green really "pop" and hung them from 14k gold filled earwires with matching green Swavorski bicones! I really love this style of earwire. What do you think of this style? (comments has been fixed)The second picture is of the rest of the doodles from the last batch of dichroic doodles. Actually there is one left that needs to be fused onto a light colored base to show off the color better, but until I do another full fuse cycle....
I want to get another quarter sheet of silver dichroic glass in 90 COE so I can do more coral colored pieces besides wanting more of it in 96 COE....
Today Mikey and I made Christmas ornaments. He made the four round ones that have names and dates for a friend. I made three for the kids and one extra. I had made it, but then my son said his friend would prefer a different color so I made another one. As this is Christmas week things are hectic. I will post if and when I can. Happy Holidays!
