I'm late tonight. Tonight was girls night out. I had a good time and stayed out later than normal. As I was sitting down to get ready for bed I realized that I hadn't blogged yet! Can't have that when I have these pretties to share.
I listed these nummy Aqua Blue Drops & the Red Dichroic Dangles in my Artfire studio today. It feels so nice to be getting things stocked up for summer. I have so many yet to photograph, list and share with you. I have twelve pairs waiting, lol!

Here is some green for spring! I took a set of my handmade dichroic fused glass cabochons in a rich, mossy green and fused 22k gold maple leaf images into the top of the glass. I've wrapped them all up in 14k gold filled wire. I suspended the earring cabs from 14k gold filled ear wires. I used a simple wire wrapped bail on the pendant and then suspended it from an eighteen inch green cable necklace. These pretty Spring Maple Leaves set is now listed in my Artfire studio!
I finally am rested up enough that I had the energy to have a photo shoot with the nine pairs of earrings I have finished. I will be listing one pair a day. I am starting with this pair of drop dangle earrings in red. I have these beauties listed in my Arfire studio and they are ready for a loving home! I will be holding off on the majority of the sterling silver wrapped earrings while I wait for my sterling silver earwires to arrive. Hopefully they will be here in a few days.
I am concentrating on stocking up on earrings for the show season. I also think I will be working on re-pricing similarly listed styles. Yes they are worth what I am asking. But in this economy I would much rather be reasonable and sell more than being a bit higher and selling less. I also have a bunch of small pendant cabochons picked out that I will be doing a simple wire wrapped bail on. These will also be lower priced than my fancier wire woven bail pieces.

Today I managed to get these pretties listed in my studio. This uses up another cabochon set from "The Hoard". I've wrapped them up in sterling silver and suspended them from sterling silver earwires.
It really feels good to get some more cabochons out of the hoard. I look forward to getting more used up. I still have three more pairs of earrings to list that also came from the hoard. In addition to working on the hoard I started cutting cabs for earrings out of my stash of glass slabs today. I finished cutting out the last of the dichroic doodle cabs. And then I went to cuttings cabs out of the different colored ripple slabs.
I finally fixed the comments section on my blog yesterday. I changed my comment settings over to a pop-up window and it is working now.

More goodies! I finished the pendant today and listed both the earrings and pendant in my Artfire studio today. These cabochons are out of white opal glass that has been overlaid with hand drawn and etched dichroic glass. A lovely shimmery silver-blue that in the right light also goes purple.
I was supposed to have a class last night, but was stood up again.....From now on these folks will be required to come in and physically sign up for my classes.
I edited all the titles in my Artfire studio today. Before the title had the name and then a short description of it. Now the short description comes first then the name. This way I seem to show up much better on the searches.
I have got to figure out a way to make a catalog of my pretties. I know that there are several places I could leave one at. I guess for me the main problem is my printer. I don't think it prints very good pictures. I think I will also do a bit of searching on-line. I may be able to put something together and then order it.

Here is my newest pretties, my Red Sweetheart Earrings, freshly listed today! A pair of my handmade dichroic fused glass cabochons created of red glass overlaid with a hand drawn and etched design in silver dichroic glass. All wrapped up in sterling silver wire with sterling silver earwires. Next a matching pendant!

Here is the next piece in my collection, Rose Cle's De Mon Coeur. These have earned rave reviews from the men in my life. Although I didn't upcycle these I have had the cabs sitting in my hoard for a year and a half now. If I'm going to do anymore earrings I'm going to have to cut some cabs. I'm trying to keep to the colors of red, pink and white in keeping with Valentine's Day or at least a heart shape. I really don't have a lot of cabs I can upcycle for earrings.

Here is the first pair of earrings designed and made for my Romance collection, based on the theme of "Key To My Heart". I think the hardest part of this theme will be coming up with names for the pieces! I'm thinking "Keys Of Amour" for this pair!
Once again I raided my older work and upcycled these cabs into these earrings. I even re-used the handmade sterling silver earwires I had made for the old pair!I decided to call the piece from yesterday "Fiery Key Of Love" and listed it in my Artfire studio. I found a delicate gold filled rope chain to suspend it from and love how it looks!
Another set finished! Rich green and violet, handmade dichroic glass cabochons that I have wrapped in sterling silver. The pendant features a wire woven bail. The earrings are finished with sterling silver earwires. I really love the look of these woven bails. The dark blue in these is actually violet. Next sunny day I will take some more pictures and see if I can get the violet to show as violet instead of dark blue.Mike and I are taking the boys to see Avatar tomorrow. I may not get a chance to post. So please forgive me in advance if I don't post tomorrow.

Today's challenge was much easier than yesterday. I took this pair of pink dichroic cabs and wire wrapped them in 14K gold filled wire and accented with gold toned crystal rondelles and golden rounds. "Pink Ice" is their name. Thanks to ColtPixy for your help!On another note I cut out four flower angel suncatchers and have three of four of them ground and ready to foil. I also cleaned the grinder, grinder surface, the grid underneath and the backsplash. I don't do little suncatchers one at a time. I do them in batches. I have picked out glass colors for at least three more. I also discovered two suncatchers, a parrot and a rainbow all done and just needing to be patina'd and the little hummingbird shown on the board!
